A continuation from yesterday… Let’s kick off today with the first look. I am such a fan of the first look– I love the romance, the sweet moment shared between a bride and groom– in fact, it was one of my favorite parts of my own wedding day. After that, the bridal party took to the streets to journey over to the Country Music Hall of Fame:
Before we head to the ceremony– a quick look at Lindsay’s beautiful sapphire ring! I am such a lover of sapphires, and this is a perfect blue:
The couple chose to wed beneath a tree in the Country Music Hall of Fame patio. The day was perfect– a beautiful autumn day. We made a custom ivory burlap runner for Lindsay and Joe:
The pew markers were branches of manzanita, ivy, roses, and hypericum:

Right before the ceremony, an amazing burst of Starlings lit the sky:
A lounge area, perfect for enjoying cocktails and cigars, graced the patio after the ceremony was complete
The centerpieces were tall trees composed of manzanita and curly willow branches, with a base filled with roses, hypericum, ivy and white lilies:
